We use Royal Mail for all our postage. As standard our parcels are all sent using tracked 48. This means your parcel should arrive with you 48 hours after you have received your despatch notification. (This is not guaranteed and there sometimes can be delays beyond our control.)

Postage costs are £3.50 under £125 and Free over £125

If you need your parcel sooner we are happy to offer a next day (Tracked 24) service for any order placed before 11am. This costs £5.50.

We aim to send all orders within 48hrs of receipt. Please note that if you have requested personalisation on your order - this can take upto 5 days (during busy periods) before despatch.

Personalised Jewellery takes upto 10 days after the visual has been approved before despatch.

Please note that any postage costs associated with a return is covered by the customer.
