- Initials are placed on the centre of the front of the bag underneath the smaller zipped compartment (as seen in images on the website)
- Please choose up to 3 characters for personalisation – we use UPPER CASE letters in TIMES NEW ROMAN font
- Personalisation is carefully carried out by hand and therefore slight variations may occur. Please note that due to the texture of some of the leather (pebbled for example) some small breaks may appear in the foil.
- Due to the textures of our leathers, personalisation is individual to that product and may look different across the range
- We use a high-quality premium foil (gold or silver to match the hardware of our products) to heat emboss directly onto each product. You may also choose to blind emboss (no foil) your product which is a subtle indentation impressed onto the leather
- Over time and use of the product, the personalisation may fade or wear off - we cannot be held responsible for this. Please do not rub or use any harsh abrasives on your personalised product and when not in use we advise you to keep your item in the dustbag provided
